From literary analysis and fun online quizzes to subjects like Biology and Mathematics! Spark Notes is here to aid you if time is running out for reading a novel by tomorrow or when your study materials are arduous to understand.   I personally use spark notes only when I have trouble with translation of texts, like 'Othello' by William Shakespeare; a feature that's it available on the website under the name: 'No Fear Shakespeare' . As Literature/language students, we should try to interpret and use our creative and literary analysis of our own before relying on ready-made notes. I remember there was a student in our university who was my friend, unfortunately, her language level wasn't the best and decided to study merely from outside notes and essays, to the point that she rarely opened the book! That, of course, was the main catalyst for the dropping of her performance in a literature course.    We should all remember that we are all critics, somehow thor...

"Dying Is an art, like everything else.    I do it exceptionally well. I do it so it feels like hell.    I do it so it feels real. I guess you could say I’ve a call."         -Sylvia Plath, Lady Lazarus        S ylvia Plath was an American novelist and poet, known for her works like 'The Bell Jar' and poetry collections, 'Ariel,  and 'The Colossus'. Her love for writing was discovered from an early age. started by keeping a journal. After her husband left her for another woman in 1962, Plath fell into a deep depression. Struggling with her mental illness, she wrote  The Bell Jar  (1963), her only novel, which was based on her life and deals with one young woman's mental breakdown. M y script is full of profound dialogues It is replete with criticism and opinions I write like how life does; Not always happily but the best for me I elaborate like how life does Not always clear  but becomes crystal at the end of the day. The pages of my script are not always clean They are stained  With the spilling of the late-night coffee on my desk My script is not facilitated  for you to read. Sometimes it is a misunderstood calamity Trying to be amiable but  ends up being acute; Adjacent to an enormous crash of letters Elaborating an insincere speech Rather than bliss. ©Photo by tumblr

I sailed in a solitude That wished me waves of its seas. I sailed in a solitude With blues and tales Of mermaids and ancient gods. Poseidon, as I watch him furiously sail. I sailed on waters that stretched to infinity And clash in a state of madness. I grasp not for air For the solitude is ever so fair I sailed in a solitude That reflected upon the skies of ecstasy And clouds in anguish, While the birds sing songs about solidarity And nothing of these waves fail to define me I continue to sail alone, everywhere For the solitude is ever so fair I indeed am no longer A thunderous beast of marvelous 'small talk' And a festival of happiness- Forced to speak exuberantly. But, the time has come, and Am not longer a merchant of the sea, for I have reached the shore And the sailing boats have arrived. I cannot wait till again I sail in a solitude. ©Photo by We heart it

“Life, although it may only be an accumulation of anguish, is dear to me, and I will defend it.” ―  Mary Shelley,  Frankenstein          M ary Wollstonecraft Shelley was an English Gothic novelist born in 1797 in the United Kingdom.    A cross the border of my room,          I see a man.      It was rather dark      Yet I see a lightness across a spark.      I see a man,      Babbling in white      And talking about death.      He seeps into the room and I ask      What is death?      “It is what religion claims      And stories pondered on.        Poets to which have written about      And singers to which they sing songs.      It is the promised land-      Of mortality      And shelter of finished men.      It is what melancholic people wish when to their agony they fell Now close your door And pray for light For I am death; Your dear visitor for the night.” Said he. \ ©GIF by We heart it
